October is Vegetarian Awareness Month! There are three population groups that I have on my mind when I think about creating content on this topic.
- Those who are not vegetarians but are interested in adding a few more meatless meals to their week.
- Those who are not vegetarians, but want to be and are interested in learning more about meal preparation and nutrients to monitor when becoming a vegetarian.
- Those who are vegetarians and are looking for more variety in their meals and snacks and a check-in to make sure they are covering all nutrients needed for optimal health.
Throughout the month I will be sharing here and on instagram with all three groups in mind. So whether you have been a vegetarian for 15 years or you are thinking about ways to add “meatless Monday” meals to your weekly meal planning, these posts are for you!
