Bell Pepper Burgers
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Makes: 5-6 burger patties
2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup finely diced peppers
1/2 cup finely diced red onions
2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce 1 tsp. pureed garlic
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Make into burger patties.
- BBQ until patties reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
- Serve with your choice bun and sides.
