Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup frozen cauliflower
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup almond butter
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
4 pitted dates
Toppings:
½ cup granola
½ cup raspberries
Directions:
- Blend ingredients. Add milk, cauliflower rice, banana, almond butter, cacao powder, dates, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into 4 bowls. Top with remaining raspberries and granola, if using. Serve and enjoy!
