Avocado and Pea Brownies

I love adding nutrient density to recipes that our family loves. These brownies offer a little extra omega 3 fatty acids, protein, and fiber compared to traditional brownies without sacrificing on the taste. A win-win for little super chefs! You can find this and other veggie-packed recipes in my new book: Super Foods for Super Kids Cookbook.
